What is EBLI?

The European Business Law Institute (EBLI) is a group of Professors and Researchers of the University of Udine that have developed common interest in competition law, european economic law, energy, transports, patent and industrial rights, innovation and technology law, financial and banking law.
Common methodological approach of the Members of the Faculty is the view that a full knowledge of these areas necessarily involves the opinion not only of academics, but of professionals and officials, too.
The Members of the group, acting jointly most of the time, are involved in Didactic Courses and in Research Projects (see the menus on the left).
The EBLI group is located at the University of Udine (Italy).
